Our practice treats all disorders related to breathing which includes evaluation of cough, sleep disorders, respiratory infections, rare diseases related to the respiratory system, as well as asthma, COPD, emphysema, sarcoidosis, and related problems. We are frequently involved in diagnosing patients with abnormalities on x-rays or CT scans including various tumors and other issues.
Dr. Elton has special interest and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension, left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, and other pulmonary vascular disorders. In addition to conducting clinical trials in these areas, he frequently helps educate other health care providers about how to diagnose and care for this condition.
